If you are located in the Barrie area, local pickup is available at no cost! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out!

Pick up is usually ready within 24 hours.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.

All returns will be issued in a form of an e-gift card. If you receive a defective item, please email us at info@sweetdarling.shop within 3 DAYS of receiving your order and we will get you taken care of immediately.

Not the right fit? We will happily exchange the apparel in its original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents. Sweet darling reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. You have 5 DAYS from your delivery date to qualify for an exchange. The customer will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges.
